I live less than ten minutes away, so I can come by quickly should the need arise.

Parking – Parking on the street near the apartment can be tricky both in terms of finding a parking place and in the two-hour daytime parking restriction. I am able to arrange parking in the alley behind the townhouse on your behalf for a fee of $15/night. You will have full access to your vehicle during your stay. Parking is offered on a nightly basis congruent to the apartment rental, i.e. 4pm on the first day to 11am on the last day.
Community Pool: A five minute walk away. Search for “Francis Pool DC”.
Laundry: Commercial grade washer/dryer which is shared with the host to support facility operations. Host hours: 9am to 4pm Monday – Saturday. Guest hours: Sunday and 4pm to 9am Monday thru Saturday.
Outdoor patio: fenced brick patio, shared with the guests in the first floor apartment.
Thermostat: Sadly, the thermostat is located in my storage room which is not accessible to my guests. I can configure the thermostat remotely and I respond quickly to guest requests.”
