Iconic GAIA Mural Painted Over on H Street, NE

Thanks to W. for sending: “Another end of an era on H ST NE.” The iconic GAIA mural (above) went up in 2011/2012. It had a good run.

Back in July we learned that the former Smith Commons space would become a place called Bronze serving “creative Afro fare” would be coming here.
