Today (Tuesday) was trash day at my house. About 10 minutes after it was picked up I went to grab my bin. To my surprise it was gone. Looked up and down the alley, nothing. Now my bin was in rough shape but I thought it was fine for a while longer. No one would steal my damaged bin. Many better options around my alley.
So here is my question, has anyone had DPW or the trash servicer take your bin? Will they replace the bin they take? I have called 311 and DPW, they sent me to the shift supervisor number. However, I haven’t heard back yet and I’m concerned that I won’t get a new bin.
Any advice appreciated!”
