There’s a literal river of $h!t running down the sidewalk of the 600 block of Columbia Rd NW. It has been reported to 311, but no indication of when the department of sanitation will come out. Note below is from the Park View Beautification Crew‘s Facebook page.

The smell is awful, and the city is not being helpful, despite a number of us reporting to 311. Please help us!”
