My parents (60+) are moving to the area around the end of the year, and they are looking for an apartment for at least the first year they live here. They’re looking for a building that’s well taken care of, fairly quiet, and centrally located to restaurants/shops/etc. They’re looking for a two bedroom with parking for $3,000 or less a month.
They are fine with anything from DC/Northern Virginia/Maryland (Bethesda-ish). Basically they just want to be within a 45 minute drive of DC.
I’ve done a lot of my own research, but wondering if folks out there have strong loyalties to some of the buildings around?”
