“Shooting Investigation at 1118 hours in the 600 block of Otis Place, NW. No Lookout.”

“Shooting investigation in the unit block of 14th St & Columbia Rd NW. Lookout for a Black Ford Fusion with Delaware Tags traveling SB on 14th St NW.
Update: At approximately 1141 hours the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District was alerted for a shooting in the 1300 block of Columbia RD. NW. Upon our arrival a juvenile male was located suffering from multiple gun shot wounds to his lower extremities. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threating injuries.
