“Dear PoPville,
On Wednesday, September 28, at 3:50 pm I was riding a scooter and hit by a car at the intersection of Mass Ave and 21st street, nw. I was thrown 20 feet and became unconscious. I was transported to the ER in an ambulance and don’t remember the accident.
The police report only contained the perspective of the driver. I need to piece together what happened and I know there were witnesses who helped call 9-11. Can I ask the community for any witnesses of the crash?”
