Just walked by Pop’s this morning after being out of town this weekend and noticed they papered the windows. Someone please tell me this isn’t the beginning of the end?! I was so hopeful that they’d be fully open again soon!”
In August Pop’s wrote us: that they were “working on a licensing issue.”
A reader wrote us Sunday: “just heard that Pop’s Sea Bar’s last night was last night/tonight.”
Pop’s Sea Bar opened in the former TAAN Noodles space back in August 2014. This space was also previously home to Evolve, Marrakech Lounge, and briefly Mudbugz.
Will update when we learn what becomes of the space.
