Thought this was a new one, first time I’ve heard of it anyway. My girlfriend and I had a few friends over to our common space rooftop and our building charged us $900.
We previously called the building only to be told we couldn’t make a reservation as it was during a home Nats game but we were welcome to share the common space with friends. Wondering if anyone else has similar experiences?”
