This space has been previously home to Ma’ed Ethiopian Restaurant, Lucy Bar and restaurant, Bella Cafe, Climax sports bar and of course was a longtime home to Asmara Cafe and Lounge.

A couple weeks ago a liquor license placard was posted for The District Sports Bar at 900 Florida Ave, NW:
“New “C” Tavern with a Seating Capacity of 100, Total Occupancy Load of 100, Summer Garden with 24 Seats, and a Sidewalk Café with 8 Seats. The License will include an Entertainment Endorsement for the inside of the premises only.”
Unclear if this is an expansion from the other half of the space into the full space or whether or a new tenant will be coming to the Deja Vu space.
