“Dear PoPville,
My spouse was attacked at the corner of I street SE and New Jersey Ave SE by whole foods yesterday (Thurs.) afternoon. He was riding his bike and the driver hit him in the face with a metal water bottle that she threw at him, then reversed into him and tried to run him over before leaving.
Luckily he has only a small bruise from the water bottle and was only knocked down when the car hit him.
He said there were multiple witnesses, but unsure if there is video. Has anyone reported seeing this incident?”
