DC Bouldering Project (climbing gym) is right behind the condo and so is Union Kitchen Grocery! 12-15 minute walk to Union market! There are also plenty of grocery stores close by, Harris Teeter and Trader Joe’s less than 15 minutes walking. New Rhode Island development with Alamo Drafthouse movie theatre and Metrobar are also less than a mile away.

The condo has hardwood floors (installed last year) and stainless-steel appliances. Washer and dryer on the second level, convenient to the upstairs bedrooms. The living room has a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows and is open to the second floor letting in good light. The condo is available starting September 12th (with some flexibility in move in date). Rent is $4200 dollars a month which includes water and parking. Tenant responsible for other utilities.
