“Dear PoPville,

I’ve opened a number of requests on 311 site, which are then closed without any update, or solution. I’ve called 311, where tickets are created by agents, but when I login all of the details I took the time to convey- and are important to the issue- ie where dumping is occurring- are not there as the agent didn’t bother to input.

I then see the Mayor promoting how many 311 issues were “solved” by percent of tickets closed out! (Ie tickets opened and closed without actually solving the issue at hand.)

Has anyone else had this experience?! Is there a way to get 311 investigated as to what is going on and what to take action vs just close tickets they don’t want to deal with?!

How can we get this drawn to attention so that the mayor can’t use false data (I’m sure many situations on this!) but particularly this one.
