A friend had her car stolen on H St NE when she was doing door dash to drop off food. The kicker here is that her dog Franklin was in the backseat. Franklin was last seen in a car at the McDonald’s drive thru off of Nanny Helen Burroughs in SE.
This happened yesterday (Sunday.) Keep in mind, on H Street yesterday a Washington Commander was shot three times and carjacked.”
