I’m not sure if related to the earlier report near Lincoln Park but two weeks ago a man in an older gold sedan stopped me to ask for directions. I was walking him, outside of Maury elementary, on the hill when he stopped me. He was in his car with the window cracked about a third of the way. He asked me for directions repeatedly.
