About the apartment/building:
Gorgeous, light-filled, corner apartment 2BR/2BA apartment in DuPont Circle with windows all around. Not a better location in DC. Hardwood floors, fully equipped, washer and dryer in the unit, concierge, private patio area and pool, parking available for a monthly fee. The building is one of the most desirable condo building in NW, with a doorman, pool, elevator, washer dryer, dishwasher, etc. in the unit as well as a balcony overlooing Mass Ave. Sizable living area and tons of sunlight throughout the apartment as a corner unit. Features include a spacious living area, an in-unit washer and dryer, pool, and a private outdoor space. Looks down on the corner of Massachusetts Avenue on the Peruvian Embassy and next to the Brookings Institute. Safeway, Whole Foods two blocks in opposite directions and Trader Joe’s a few more blocks up 14th Street. The building is a block from Hank’s Oysters, Duke’s Grocery, Nazca Mochica, and Komi – literally DuPont’s Restaurant Row – among many other top restaurants. 3 block walk across to Dupont Circle Metro (red line) and 3 block walk down to Farragut North Metro (red line), and 2 more blocks to Farragut West Metro (silver/blue/orange), 4 blocks from 14th Street, and two main bus stops a block north to Target.

Incredible Location/Apt: Awesome apartment, not to overstate but one of the best apartments in DuPont and DC (if you know the area, then you know) and a building rare availability. The last tenant renter bought in the building! It is a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment between DuPont Circle and 14th Street, at Massachusetts and 17th St. NW. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Already furnished.

Location: The apartment is on DuPont’s Restaurant Row street a half block from Komi and Little Serow. It is 3 blocks (east) from the DuPont Circle Metro station (red) and 3 blocks (south) to the Farragut North Metro (red) and 2 more blocks (south) to the Farragut West Metro (silver/blue/orange). It is 3 blocks (west) of 14th Street, and Whole Foods/Dolcezza/Commissary and a short walking distance from U Street (north), Columbia Heights, and Shaw’s bustling bar and restaurant scenes. On the block are some of the best restaurants in DC (i.e. google Hank’s Oyster Bar, Agora, Komi/Happy Gyro, Nazca Mochica, Floriana, and Annie’s) and an astroturf-covered public field half a block away. Easy walking distance to the White House, 14th Street (3 blocks) and U Street corridor as well as Adams Morgan and Foggy Bottom, and a little further from Rock Creek Park. Great area to run in!

About the rooms: Two bedrooms, 1) the corner of the building with two sets of windows, and 2) the master bedroom. Common area features a viewing spot out from the kitchen to the balcony and outdoor patio. The patio fits two chairs and a table and gets sunlight throughout the day – perfect for morning coffee. Each room has its own bathroom, so there is no sharing. The washer and dryer reside off the master bedroom. The HVAC unit was just newly replaced 4 months ago.

This is my favorite apartment that I’ve seen given the location, amenities, friendliness of the building. The time period is negotiable, depending on situation.
