“Dear PoPville,

I’m wondering if any of your readers have had any luck updating their license information in Free2Move.

My old license expired and when I go to update the information through the Free2Move app, I get stopped
with this error message after entering my address. The connection on my side has no issues and other apps work fine. Reinstalling the app doesn’t work either. Free2Move’s customer service has been unhelpful for over a week and the app still has this problem, which apparently isn’t getting fixed.”
