The floor plan features nicely sized living/dining areas, a galley kitchen, a quiet bedroom located at the rear of the unit, and a private patio. The unit also features hardwood floors through out, one full bathroom with a shower, in-unit laundry, and window AC.

This property is located in the heart of the West End. It is located six blocks from the Dupont Circle Metro (red line), and two blocks from the D1, D4, D6, H1 and L1 Metro Bus stops. Farragut West, Foggy Bottom, and many area restaurants and businesses are also nearby.

There is an application fee of $50 per application. The minimum credit score requirement is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score).
