My cat will tear me to pieces if I attempt to put him in a pet carrier (to take to the vet).
I’ve tried in the past and ended up finding a great mobile vet (DC Metrovet). However it appears they have gone out of business as their website, phone#, and email address all are either disconnected or no longer active.
I’ve reached out to a couple of mobile vets in MD and VA but none want to come into DC. My cat is generally healthy but I still want him to get an annual checkup (and shots).
Does anyone know of a good mobile vet that can come to me (H St NE) to do an annual checkup of the cat. If I have to take him somewhere he will definitely scratch and bite the hell out of me.”
