From MPD sent at 11:45pm: “Alert: Shooting Investigation in the 1400 block of 1st Street SW. Lookout for Silver SUV with Chrome Rims, occupied two times with Males armed with handguns.”
“The First District is currently investigating a shooting that occurred in the 100 block of P Street SW. One male was injured and taken to a local hospital. There is currently no lookout on the suspects. The suspects were possibly inside of a silver Honda CR-V with an unknown tag. Anyone with information please call (202) 727-9099 or text tip 50411.”
“Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s First District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a vehicle in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Gun) offense that occurred on Monday, May 30, 2022, in the 100 block of P Street, Southwest.
At approximately 11:24 pm, members of the First District responded to the listed location for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, members located an adult male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.”
