“Francis Pool Summer 2022 Update:

Over the winter, while performing a scheduled replacement of the pool shell, contractors discovered unexpected structural problems

that require immediate attention to prevent safety and environmental hazards. DPR is moving expeditiously to perform this stabilization work in partnership with the Department of General Services (DGS). Unfortunately, this will require DPR to keep Francis Pool closed for the Summer of 2022.
