Update from MPD: “Members of 3D were able to stop and arrest one of the many illegal ATV operators on U Street. He was found in possession of a loaded handgun and illegal narcotics. He was arrested and his ATV was seized.”

All I could see was an ATV being searched, a man in handcuffs and foot cuffs on the curb and 8 police cars and one ambulance. They cautioned off the whole area. This was around 11 PM (Thursday.) Started a bit earlier.”
