MPD reports: “Shooting in the 1500 block of South Capitol Street, SW. Lookout for B/M, 20 to 30 years old, dark complexion, light color beard, black sweatshirt with hood, armed with black handgun, last seen fleeing westbound on P Street, SW in a black SUV.”
