Interested to know if this is a weird fluke with my mail or a more general new problem with the local delivery system. I got this returned mail yesterday, but I’m pretty sure PEPCO puts the correct address on their payment slips,
while also finding out my credit card account had been suspended because a piece of mail from them to me was returned as “undeliverable,” despite having lived at the same address for 18 years. I’ve been pleasantly surprised to have regular delivery for the last few weeks, but am not thrilled I was late with the electric payment (now made online) because of this issue.”
