“how much notice is required for us to vacate the property to enable a smoother transition out of the place?”

“Dear PoPville,

Our landlord has provided notice that she would like to sell the row house where we’re currently on a month-to-month lease. I’m aware that we have the right of first refusal when it comes to purchasing the property at a fair price. We provided a response this week that we will not be purchasing the property.

In response, our landlord provided notice that she would like to list the place, may need to have repairs performed while we’re still leasing the place, and asked if we could vacate the property by mid-May.

Would we be able to find a place by that time so we’re not sleeping on the streets? Yes. However, I wanted to ask how much notice is required for us to vacate the property to enable a smoother transition out of the place.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
