Ed. Note: Not related but further north on 11th DC Fire and EMS reported around 3am – “Crash with vehicle overturned 11th and Kenyon Sts NW. #DCsBravest on scene with vehicle on its side. 1 occupant self extricated being assessed by EMS.”
