“1D officers and detectives are investigating an armed robbery at 13th and D Streets NE that occurred at about 2:40 PM. Two suspects in a beige or tan Toyota or Honda sedan attempted to rob the victim and fired a gunshot during their robbery attempt.
Fortunately, no one was injured by the gunshot. Anyone with information or video of the incident is urged to call MPD at 202-727-9099 or anonymously text tips to 50-411.”
