From a press release:

“Happy spring! We are excited to announce our family-friendly wine garden at the REACH at Kennedy Center returns on THURSDAY, MARCH 17th.

This year, Victura Park gets an upgrade with expanded hours, a whole new indoor cafe, serving coffee, pastries & lunch, plus free wi-fi – perfect for those working away from the office.

As always, friends and family can take in the casual nature of a winery with picnic and café tables while enjoying light snacks from our grilling station. Beer, wine, and batched cocktails are available as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

The creative culinary team lead by chef Erik Bruner-Yang returns to provide a rotating menu inspired by the seasons. A line-up of guest chefs will take up residency periodically to introduce their special pop-up menus and offer guests delicious treats that may not be found elsewhere.

Our wine garden will feature more live music and themed programming throughout the season, starting with opening day on Saint Patrick’s Day!

To celebrate the occasion, we will have happy hour from on 3.17.22 from 5 – 7pm featuring half-priced beers from Lost Rhino’s Shooter McMunn’s Irish Stout and O’Connor Brewing Co.’s Nitro Dry Irish Stout, plus a special menu of Bangers & Mash, Irish Stout beef stew, and potato & leek soup (vegetarian.)

Other scheduled include a Spring Market showcasing artwork from local artists, monthly pet meetups/adoption events, live acoustic music series, and more.

Outside drinks and foods will not be allowed on premise, but pets on a leash are more than welcome.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
