I have a question about overnight water shut offs. DC Water shut the water off Friday for 4 hours during the day for emergency repairs, which was fine because it’s easy enough to go to the office or use public bathrooms during the day, but now they’re going to shut it off for 8 hours overnight,
which is far more problematic. Do you know where I can find more information about what this emergency is and how many more times they will shut the water off to repair it? It’s the 900 block of Webster. Obviously I want the water to be fixed, I just want to know how long it will take and why they need to shut the water off overnight. Thanks.”
