“On 3/16/22 at approximately 9:51pm, Fourth District Officers responded to the 5400 block of 5th Street, NW for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, units located multiple shell casings and damage to nearby vehicles and structures. One adult victim was found
at a local hospital.
