DC Fire and EMS reported at 5:20pm Tuesday: “Working Fire 4500 block 13th St NW. Fire in an apartment building.”

“Update Working Fire 4500 block 13th St NW. 1 resident was rescued from fire apartment by #DCsBravest during the early stages of the fire. Evaluated by EMS on scene & will be transported to hospital for further observation. A number of displacements anticipated.”
“21 adults and 4 pets were displaced by today’s working fire in the 3500 block of 13th St NW. They were provided assistance by the @RedCrossNCGC”
