We’ll soon all be sun/windburned wearing tinted goggles and driving motorcycles with sidecars desperately in need of dental care, “Whole Foods Market Glover Park Now Open, Featuring Just Walk Out Shopping”

The official word from Whole Foods:

“We are excited to announce that the Whole Foods Market store in Washington, D.C.’s Glover Park neighborhood (2323 Wisconsin Ave, NW) is now open. As previously announced, the Glover Park store is the first of two Whole Foods Market stores expected to open this year that feature Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology as an option for customers to skip the register.”

Cait shares her recent experience: “Accidentally went shopping at the new Glover Park WFM. Great layout. Fascinating technology (notice all the cameras) that will have a learning curve.

Cool they picked DC for the first store of this kind.

Curious to see what my receipt looks like as I did pick up and put back a few items.

Hot/cold bar now by the container vs weight and some items produce not available where weight varies (e.g., loose beets).”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
