Thanks to Evan for sending: “Passing along a beverage license notice for what looks to be ‘Pastis’, under the Starr Restaurant Group. This is just a block away from St. Anselm, as well as the Signal House building where I believe there’s another Starr Restaurant going up.”
The liquor license placard says:
“A new Retailer’s Class “C” Restaurant with a seating capacity of 250 and Total Occupancy Load of 425. The Total Occupancy Load of the West Summer Garden will be 41, and the Total Occupancy Load of
the East Summer Garden will be 52. Total Occupancy Load of 93 between the two Summer Gardens. Licensee is requesting an Entertainment Endorsement to provide live entertainment inside the premises only and an Alcohol Carry-out and Delivery Endorsement.”
