“DC residents having difficulties with their temp ids being accepted out of state?”

I had a DC paper temp ID issued to me on 1/22/22 and I had to travel to Boston the next day. While air travel was no issue, when I got to Boston and everywhere I had to show my paper temp ID there was an issue.

I had to make a FedEx stop for work purposes and they almost didn’t accept it until I spoke with a manager. Tried to buy alcohol, wasn’t accepted and tried to check into my hotel they almost didn’t accept it until I spoke with a manager too. Just curious how other people handle this situation. I’m also waiting for a new passport so I was screwed on that too lol

I used the paper ID a couple of times in Md and Va with no issues.”
