–Minimum 12-month lease preferred; shorter leases OK but will have slightly higher rent.

–Safe space to lock your bikes in back; shared garden in front.
–Gas radiator heat and Window AC. Solar power.
–Partially furnished (including living room TV, sofas, dressers/shelves, and beds), and decorated in some places. If you prefer an empty apartment, this can be arranged! Please note all mattresses are fitted with pest/dust/allergen-proof protection covers.
–Nearby several bus routes and the H Street trolley. 30min or less to 2 metro lines. 20 min or less walking distance to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. 5-7 min walking to H Street.

RENT/UTILITIES
–RENT is $2100/month, not including utilities. $2100 security deposit.
–Utilities include electric, gas, water, and internet.
–Water and Verizon Fios gigabit internet are split with the apartment upstairs to cut residents’ costs.
–House has solar power, and electric bills are almost always $0 monthly.
–Utilities overall are approximately $120-140 ($60-70 per person) including Internet but will vary depending on your usage.

OTHER
–Pets are OK but will require additional monthly fees, deposit, and move-out cleaning at Tenant’s cost.
–There is a formal application process including credit/criminal/eviction/employment screening
