COVID Safety – Unlike hotels or apartment building our properties have separate private entrances and individual Heat / AC and ventilation systems. There are no shared spaces like elevators. We use a professional cleaner between each guest. They use enhanced cleaning techniques including additional wipe-down of all touch surfaces using CDC-approved disinfectants.

For new guests we provide CDC-approved personal hand sanitizer.

Very nice fully furnished studio in the beautiful 400 block of East Capitol Street on Capitol Hill.

All furnishings, utilities, high speed internet, etc all included.

In charming 3 unit detached building. Nice yard area. Cozy radiant sun light all day long.

Washer/dryer in apartment.

High ceilings. Beautiful wood floors.

Can be shorter term rental.
