Help! Do you happen to know who is overseeing Cabi in our region and have any means to contact a real, live person (in the region)?
Calls to the Cabi number now go to Lyft support in Guatemala. Customer service for Cabi used to be fantastic. Now, it is run by a call in service that has no ability/authority to fix a problem. They simply listen to the customer and agree that there is reason to be frustrated.
There HAS to be some oversight from DC regional area, no?? At this point, all I want is a refund for my annual Cabi account that I am unable to use.”
