January 12 Coronavirus Data New Cases: 1,525 confirmed and 119 probable


January 10, 2022 there were 1,216 new confirmed cases and 159 probable cases

From the Mayor’s Office:

“The District’s reported data for January 12, 2022 includes 1,525 new confirmed positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall confirmed positive case total to 120,327. The District also reports 119 new probable cases, bringing the overall positive probable cases since October 15, 2021 to 7,806.

The District reported that five additional residents lost their lives due to COVID-19.

· 57-year-old female
· 98-year-old male
· 54-year-old female
· 58-year-old male

Tragically, 1,245 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.
