I’ve looked through the past discussions and unless I missed something, I still have a question about these new Airbnb regs and I can’t be the only one.
Can an Airbnb host who lives on the property host a guest for more than 30 days (let’s say a 6 month stay) without getting a short term license?
The precise wording seems be a bit contradictory.”
