Just watched the garbage pickup folks skip the Christmas trees on a regular pickup day for the second time. The mayor’s press release said they were supposed to start taking them on 1/3. Is that not happening anymore?
Update on this! A neighbor chased down the sanitation workers and they stated that households have to put in a request thru the 311 app in order to get trees picked up
– which isn’t clear from the mayor’s press release and not sure if its true for everyone”
