“On 12/31/21 at approximately 11:57pm, Fourth District Officers responded to the 1400 block of Shepherd Street, NW for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival they located an adult male who was shot several times.
The lookout is for a B/M, 25-30 years of age, light complexion, 5’8″, average build, wearing a black bubble coat, blue jeans, white Jordan shoes with red stripes and a full face ski mask.
