Fellow pet parents, especially fellow apartment/condo dwellers: if you’ve had Covid, how did you handle pet care during your infection? Were you able to find a dog sitter to board your pup for the duration of your illness, allowing you to rest? Are dog sitters generally open to coming and picking up a dog from a Covid-positive owner?
I live alone in an apartment building and do not have family nearby who could take my dog. I’m trying to do some emergency planning in case I manage to get infected during this surge. Thank you for any guidance or ideas!”
