“Dear PoPville,
I live in a large apartment building and we were just informed that the building is for sale. We understand that we need to form a tenant organization to exercise our TOPA rights,
but I can’t find a clear answer from the Office of the Tenant Advocate as to the process we need to follow to form and register a tenant organization with the city. Can anyone help me understand how to create our organization? We’re running out of time, especially since we were given notice right before the holidays.”
