“Dear PoPville,
I’ve been in and out of town over the past few weeks and so I haven’t had a chance to pick up my dry cleaning from the Sun Cleaners on 14th (beside Shake Shack). I went this morning to grab it and it’s gone – nothing inside but cleaning supplies and no note on the door.
I have my receipt for my clothes, which has both the store phone number and my own phone number. I have received no missed calls or messages saying they were closing up shop. When I dial the store number it goes straight to VM. I have no clue who to contact to retrieve my clothing and no idea if the store simply moved or is finished. Have you heard from anyone else concerning this problem? Does anyone know who I should contact to get my clothes? I know there are larger problems in the world and in this city, but just thought I would check to see if the community had any insights.”
