I wanted to reach out with some information about an amazing popup that has started a permanent residency every weekend on H Street at The Haymaker Bar (1015 H Street, NE). The company is called Josefina Birria and they make incredible beef and chicken birria and stuff it into empanadas, quesabirria tacos, top it on fries and more.

They’re at The Haymaker Bar on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 to 11:00 pm (take out starting at 3:00 pm) and Sundays from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.”
