“Dear PoPville,
I witnessed a dog hit and run this morning (Monday 11/15) on the corner of 3rd and Oglethorpe NW. A couple of us passerbys stopped to help the woman and her dog, who looked to be in very critical condition. One very kind woman offered to take the woman and her dog somewhere for help. I wanted to say thank you to that woman for showing such amazing kindness to this lady and her pup.
In such a terrible situation, it was wonderful to see her generosity. If either the victim or the helpful woman see this, I wanted to offer my help if I can in any way, and I hope the sweet dog pulled through.”
