“1D is currently investigating a shooting that occurred at approximately 0027 hours in the 1300 block of Constitution Ave, NW. 1 adult male was shot on the left arm while sitting in traffic awaiting the signal to turn green.
He sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Lookout for a black male driving a silver sedan vehicle armed with a handgun.
