We’re a 50-ish unit co-op in NW, and we’re considering changing management companies.
We currently have EJF, and while they’re friendly, they’re clearly spread too thin. Our Board is overwhelmed with tasks that should clearly fall to EJF.
Does anyone have recommendations for good management companies for a building like ours? Or ones to avoid?”
