“One of the officers said that there’s a suspicious vehicle, but that things aren’t locked down “yet”. They carted in the mobile barricades.”
Update from Capitol Police: “BREAKING: One of our teams just moved in and extracted the man from the SUV. The man is in custody. Everyone is safe.”
