“1D officers, detectives, and our partners with the Department of Forensic Sciences and DC Housing Police are investigating a shooting that occurred shortly after 1:30 PM today near 1st St SW and P St SW.
An adult male sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The Unit block of P St SW and the 1500 block of 1st St SW will be closed for our investigation.”
